Not everyone is a suitable candidate for All on four, and not everyone needs them. We’ll steer you down the right path when you come in for your first consultation. We can assess whether or not the treatment is right for you, and discuss your overall dental needs and health. 

All-on-4 dental implants are the closest you’ll get to real teeth, making them a good option if you are missing several teeth, or if you have extensive decay, gum disease or damage to your existing teeth. 

If you only want to replace one or two teeth, and your remaining teeth are in good condition, Dr. Amit may recommend standard dental implants as a better option.

All-on-4 refers to the number of titanium implants that will be placed in your jaw/s. In this case, four dental implants are used to attach a set of super strong, permanently fixed teeth on a reinforced tooth bridge. They are the closest thing you can get to real teeth, and are ready to be fitted within days. 

In regular dental implant treatments, individual implants are placed in your jaw/s and attach single crowns or bridges.

We believe All-on-4 implants are a more affordable option for people who want to permanently replace teeth because they are long-lasting and require fewer visits to the doctor.

Dental implants are designed to last for decades and have the potential to last for the rest of your life. Their longevity depends on many things, especially your at-home care and ongoing maintenance appointments. Another factor is the quality of materials used and choosing a team with proper training and expertise like ours.

Dr Amit is fastidious about your comfort. 

Your entire jaw is carefully and completely numbed completely before the surgery. It's normal to feel some discomfort while you're recovering, but we’ll provide you with all the aftercare you’ll need.

The implant surgery can vary from patient to patient, and depends on your existing teeth and jawbone condition. The entire surgery usually takes between 1-3 hours total for each jaw. Your new, permanent teeth will be ready within days. 

Aside from a very warm welcome, here is how your diagnostic consultation will go:

• A confirmation email and welcome pack is sent to you as soon as you make your booking. We may request existing dental records and/or ask you to bring dental x-rays less than 12-months old to your appointment. 
• On appointment day, you will be greeted by our friendly front desk staff.
• Your dentist will conduct a thorough Risk Assessment, including an evaluation of your immediate dental issues and dental history, followed by dental exams, necessary x-rays and/or images.
• After your examination, we’ll display your teeth on 55-inch screens. We’ll discuss everything with you including fears and/or concerns, budget, needs, lifestyle, and goals. 
• We’ll chat about your health strategy for life: a personalised plan tailored entirely to goals, and prioritising treatments in a pathway that makes sense to you. You’ll get a ballpark figure straight away. 
• If you wish to proceed, we’ll book your very first treatment at a time that suits you.
